The SAVR Series (Serial Audio Visual Remote) has been upgraded once again to the new SAVR3. This generation of the SAVR device adds robust support for IR emitters, enhanced ESD protection, and a next generation processor. The adapter is fully backward compatible with the SAVR and SAVR2 devices so it will work interchangably on all existing software packages. Please refer to the techical specifications for details on implementing the IR features built into the SAVR3.
Compatability warning! The SAVR3 has a known compatability problem with the Sony CDP-CX355 CD changer. This problem is likely to cause extreme sensitivity to interconnect cabling and may not be resolvable. If you have a CDP-CX355 a SAVR2 will work for your application, but our inventory is limited.
